Return and exchange policy
Welcome to Homavisto (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
1. Return and Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 35 days from the date of receipt of the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return and Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if any of the following occur within the return period:

Product appearance issues: damage, scratches, or visible defects upon receipt.

Quality issues: the product has a defect that prevents normal use.

Odor or significant color difference: the product emits an unusual odor or has a significant color difference from the description.

Product does not match the order: the product received does not match the product ordered.

Return without reason: You can return the product without providing a reason, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.
3. Return Process
Please follow these steps for a return:

Contact us by email or phone to request a return, providing the order number, proof of payment, reason for the return, and any relevant photos or videos.

Our customer service team will process your request, and if accepted, will notify you with the return address.

Package the product along with all accessories, materials, and the included return label in its original packaging, then send it to the provided return address and await confirmation of receipt.

Once we receive the product, we will immediately inspect it to verify the issue. If the return is approved, we will process your refund. For more details, refer to our Refund policy.
4. Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact us by email or phone to request an exchange, providing the order number, proof of payment, reason for the exchange, and any relevant photos or videos.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

Return the product with all accessories, materials, and the return label in its original packaging to the designated address and wait for confirmation of receipt.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will arrange for the shipping of a replacement item to your address. For more information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping policy.
5. Refund Process
The refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase, including but not limited to American Express, Mastercard, and VISA.
The refund is expected to be completed within 2–4 business days depending on the processing time of the payment institution. If the refund is delayed, please contact us for assistance.
6. Fees and Charges
The return shipping fees will be covered by us if the return is due to product appearance issues, quality issues, odor, significant color difference, or a product mismatch. However, if you request a return without reason, the return shipping costs will be borne by you.
7. Responsibility Statement
The returned product must be in complete, original condition, including all accessories and packaging. If the product is missing parts, damaged, or does not match the original request, we reserve the right to adjust the refund amount or refuse the return request.
