1. Account and Ordering
Before placing an order, please make sure you have created an account on Homavisto (hereinafter "we") and provided accurate personal information. You are responsible for all activities and orders under your account, so please keep your account information secure.
2. Products and Stock
We regularly update product information, stock status, and prices. Any discrepancies will be corrected promptly, and you will be informed if necessary. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications before purchase to ensure they meet your requirements.
3. Ordering and Payment
After selecting your desired products, you can pay using the following methods:

Once payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and estimated delivery time.
4. Shipping Information
- Delivery Area: Australia only.
- Shipping Fee: Orders of €170 or more (including €170) qualify for free shipping; orders under €170 are charged €5.99.
- Cut-off Time: Business hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 (CET). Orders placed before 18:00 are processed the same day; orders after 18:00 or on holidays are processed the next business day.
- Processing Time: Typically 1–3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Carriers: DHL, Toll Group, StarTrack.
- Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order number, payment invoice, and shipping information. You can check your order status on the "Track My Order" page using your registered email or phone number and order number.
5. Order Cancellation
If your order has not been shipped, you may request cancellation within 48 hours by contacting our customer service. Orders already shipped or after 48 hours can be processed through our returns and exchanges policy. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method (American Express, Mastercard, VISA, etc.), typically within 2–4 business days.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Validity: Returns or exchanges can be requested within 35 days of receiving the order.
Eligible Conditions: Includes, but is not limited to, cosmetic defects, quality issues, odor, severe color differences, incorrect items, and no-reason returns.
Return Process: Contact us via email or phone with your order number, payment proof, reason for return, and any photos or videos. If approved, we will provide a return address. Package the product with all accessories, original packaging, and return labels, and send it to the address provided. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed.
Exchange Process: Similar to returns. Once the item is verified, we will dispatch a replacement product.
7. Delivery and Receipt
Please check the package for completeness and condition at the time of receipt. If there is any damage or discrepancy, contact our customer service immediately.
8. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment account (American Express, Mastercard, VISA, etc.), usually within 2–4 business days. If delayed, please contact us.
