1. Delivery Area
We currently provide shipping services within Australia only. At this time, we do not ship to countries or regions outside Australia. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and located within Australia before placing your order.
2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 (AEST/AEDT)
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 18:00 (AEST/AEDT) will begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 18:00 (AEST/AEDT) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders submitted on non-business days will begin processing on the following business day.
Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing. This period includes order confirmation, item preparation, and dispatch arrangement.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout:
Orders of 170 EUR or more (including 170 EUR) qualify for free shipping.
Orders below 170 EUR are subject to a 5.99 EUR shipping fee.
The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed during checkout.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is 6–9 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics arrangements.

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the carrier name and tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

If your product arrives damaged or is missing during transit, please contact us promptly and provide relevant photos and order information. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes to shipping details or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if adjustments are needed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Delivery Inspection
Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, record it at the time of receipt and retain photo evidence. If no issue is reported upon acceptance, the package will be considered received in acceptable condition.
