1. Delivery Area

We currently ship only within Australia. At this time, we do not deliver to any other countries or regions outside Australia.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete, accurate, and located within Australia before placing your order.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (AEST/AEDT)

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 18:00 (AEST/AEDT) are processed the same business day
Orders placed after 18:00 (AEST/AEDT) are processed on the next business day
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Processing Time
All orders require 1–3 business days for processing, including order verification, preparation, and dispatch arrangement.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout:

Orders of 170 EUR or more (including 170 EUR): free shipping
Orders below 170 EUR: a shipping fee of 5.99 EUR applies

All shipping costs will be clearly shown before payment is completed.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including the carrier details and tracking number so you can track your package.

6. Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Order number
Payment details / invoice
Shipping carrier information and tracking number

You may also track your order via the “Track My Order” page by entering your order number along with your email address or phone number.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Damaged or Lost Items
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible and provide relevant photos and order details. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Order Changes or Cancellation
Once an order is being processed or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Please contact us immediately if assistance is needed.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returns caused by incorrect address details.

8. Delivery Inspection

Please check the packaging upon delivery. If there is any visible damage, please record it at the time of receipt and keep supporting photos.

If no issue is reported upon delivery, the package will be considered accepted in good condition.
