5. Delivery Policy
Delivery Area: Currently, we only offer delivery within Australia.
Shipping Fees: Orders of €170 (including €170) or more enjoy free shipping; for orders below €170, the shipping fee is €5.99.
Order Cut-off Time: Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CET). Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day; orders placed after 6:00 PM or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing Time: Typically 1-3 business days.
Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time after shipment is 6-9 business days.
Carriers: We collaborate with DHL, La Poste, and UPS to ensure timely delivery.

Validity Period: Returns and exchanges can be requested within 35 days after receipt.
Conditions: Includes but is not limited to product appearance issues, quality issues, odor, significant color discrepancies, and items not matching the order.

After approval, we will provide you with a return address. Please return the product along with all accessories, materials, and the original packaging with the return label attached.
