Welcome to Homavisto (hereinafter referred to as "we")! To ensure a smooth refund experience, please read the following refund procedures carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within the applicable period after receiving the product. Eligible cases include but are not limited to:

• The product has external defects, damages, or packaging issues;

• The product does not meet the described quality or has functional defects;

• The product has unpleasant odors or serious color differences;

• The product received does not match your order;

• No-reason refund (provided the product remains unused and in its original condition).

2. Refund Application Process

• Contact us via email or phone to request a refund, providing your order number, proof of payment, reason for refund, and relevant photos or videos.

• Our customer service team will review your request promptly and notify you of the outcome through your provided contact information.

• If approved, we will provide a return address. Please carefully pack the product along with all accessories, materials, and the return label included in the original packaging, then ship it back to us.

• Once we receive the returned product, we will immediately inspect it to ensure it meets the refund conditions. If approved, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be returned to the card used at the time of purchase, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard and VISA. The expected processing time is 2–4 business days, depending on the efficiency of the bank. Please contact us if the refund is delayed.

4. Cost Responsibility

• If the product has appearance or quality issues, odors, color discrepancies, or is incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• For no-reason returns, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

5. Disclaimer

Refunds apply only to eligible products. Returned products must remain complete, including original packaging and all accessories. If the returned product does not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to reject the refund or adjust the refund amount.
