1. Refund Eligibility

You may submit a refund request within the eligible period after receiving your order. Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

The product has visible defects, damage, or packaging issues
The product does not match the described quality or has functional faults
The product has unusual odors or significant color differences
The item received is not the same as the one ordered
No-reason refund requests (only if the product is unused and remains in its original condition)
2. Refund Request Procedure
Please contact us by email or phone and provide your order number, proof of purchase, reason for the refund, and supporting photos or videos if available
Our customer service team will review your request as soon as possible and inform you of the result via your provided contact details
If approved, we will provide a return address. Please carefully package the item with all original accessories and materials, including the return label if provided, and send it back
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility
After verification, the refund will be processed accordingly
3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, including American Express, JCB, Mastercard, and VISA.

Processing typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. If there is a delay, please contact us for assistance.

4. Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the issue is related to product defects, damage, incorrect item, odor, or color differences, we will cover the return shipping cost
For “no-reason” returns, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
5. Disclaimer

Refunds are only applicable to eligible products. Returned items must be complete, including all packaging and accessories.

If the returned item does not meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or adjust the refund amount accordingly.
